Luxury Stay Orihuela Costa

Muy bonito, tanto el apartamento como la zona de piscina. Todo está muy nuevo y limpio. El aire acondicionado es maravilloso, enfría mucho y rápido, llegando hasta el último rincón de la casa. Mi hija alucino al ver que había Playstation 5, no ha dado ni pelo de guerra jejeje. Una estancia muy cómoda, con buen precio. Una terraza grande con mesa, cuatro sillas reclinables (algunos algo deteriorados, daba miedo por si se rompía y caías, pero bien), sofás de 3 y 2 plazas, mesa baja y sombrilla. Muy recomendable Cafetera para cápsulas Tassimo, no hay otra, ni italiana.

En la descripción se detalla que tiene parking privado gratis en el alojamiento y es mentira. Hay subterráneo pero no te dan opción para aparcar el coche. Pedimos las llaves a la persona que nos entregó la llaves a nuestra llegada y dijo que eso no entraba. Lo pregunté al día siguiente por WhatsApp y me dijeron que de eso nada, que eso no entra. Que preguntarían al dueño, pero jamás volvió a contestar, tampoco para decirnos si era posible ampliar la estancia, que me dijo que le preguntaría al dueño. Pues si no dan ese servicio que no lo publiquen, al final el coche en la calle con todo el calor. Que meterte dentro del coche y ver que marca 42 grados para ir a la playa, compra etc es un horno y más con niños y mascotas. De saberlo hubiésemos buscado otro sitio que si lo tuviera. Si ese servicio no entra que no lo pongan. Dice que tiene vistas a la piscina y es mentira. Hay que andar y desde la casa no se ve. No había fundas de almohada. Y pregunté si tenía que llevar ropa de cama, me dijeron que no. Tan solo hay una funda nórdica por cama. Edredones en los altos de los armarios si había. Pero fundas para las almohadas no. Y las almohadas dan asco, están todas sucias, con manchas amarillas y cercos. Hay mogollón, se ve que todo el que va compra almohadas para no usar esas y luego las dejan allí. Es mejor llevar tu almohada o al menos un par de fundas por almohada. La aspiradora está echa un pena, deberían poner una nueva. Faltan vasos y tazas de desayuno, los vasos que hay son de plástico de los que van dejando los huésped. De cristal solo hay 3. De los dos tendederos uno está roto, lo pueden tirar porque es peligroso, es de metal y se puede clavar alguien los hierros que están sueltos, mejor le tiren y dejen solo el de plástico. Dicen que el check-out es a las 10:00, pues a las 9:40 ya estaba la chica tocando al timbre. Tardamos un segundo por no encontrar la llave e insistió llamando al timbre. Si son las 10, son las 10, no deben molestar antes de esa hora.

Very modern clean apartment, nice size, the communal pool area is excellent with plenty of space around the pool, gated complex so felt very safe. Brilliant spacious balcony area.

This property has clearly been bought and let out as an investment and the owners would benefit from staying there to appreciate matters that need to be addressed to help make stays better. Communication prior to arrival was non existent, this is the only place I have ever known that hasn’t confirmed the book in time or set out what the arrival arrangements would be. Only on the day of arrival did we hear from the agents who asked for a message 1 hour before arrival. Being in a complex there are a lot of rules about what you can and cannot do but there is absolutely no details about what these are provided in the apartment - you only find out you’ve broken one of them when a particularly rude and foul mouthed irate resident starts screaming at you. There are no instructions for anything in the apartment so a guessing game at times as to how things (air con, oven, dishwasher) work. Nor are there any details about what you need to do with the rubbish and where the nearest bins are to take it all too. There are a number of things missing that all seem very minor but all add up to feeling like the apartment would benefit from more attention to detail - only 1 teaspoon, very basic kitchen crockery and utensils, no shelves in the bathroom, only 1 bath mat for 2 bathrooms, no toilet roll holders - as I say all seem petty things to raise but together all added up to not what you would expect from something described as luxury. The location worked well for us and it is a great complex but you absolutely need a car, there is no public transport close by and taxis are non existent in the area.

Der Wohnkomplex ist relativ neu und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Anlage inkl. Pool ist sehr anschaulich und wird regelmäßig von den Eigentümern, die dort leben, gepflegt und gewartet. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Eingang sowie (falls inkludiert) eine Tiefgarage. Die Räumlichkeiten und der Schnitt der Wohnung sind sehr modern gehalten. Hervorzuheben ist die gründliche spanische Putzkolonne nach anfänglicher massiver Beschwerde bezüglich Sauberkeit, vor allem Joana, die unseren Urlaub nach der intensiven Reinigung erträglich gemacht hat

Die Wohnung wies bei Schlüsselübergabe (absolute Inkompetenz des Key-Holders!) diverse nicht akzeptable Mängel auf, die dem Preis nicht gerecht werden. Total verdreckt (es wurde nicht gereinigt - der Ofen war total versifft, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle verdreckt, Handtücher nicht sauber), untaugliche Schlafmöglichkeiten für unsere Kinder (Matratzen + Couch), fehlende und defekte Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, Küchenutensilien [Löffel, Gläser, Töpfe , Pfannen etc.], Terrassenstuhl, Sonnenschirm...) All das hat nichts mit der Bezeichnung "luxery stay" zu tun. Hier versucht der Besitzer nur Einnahmen in Form von Vermietung zu generieren ohne regelmäßig zu investieren und Sachen für die Gäste zu erneuern. Wirklich sehr schade, denn die Wohnung und die Lage sind grundsätzlich sehr schön. Unser Urlaub konnte erst nach dem anfänglichen Schock und nach 3 Tagen richtig beginnen. Während dieser Zeit, Dank diversen Telefonaten und Nachdruck von Booking, wurde zunächst die Wohnung 3 Stunden von 3 Personen gründlich geputzt und desinfiziert sowie diverse Dinge angeschafft und ausgetauscht (Staubsauger, Spülmaschine, Sonnenschirm, Terrassenstuhl, Couch-Kissen...) Dies sollte zukünftig für mögliche weitere Vermietung einen Mehrwert bringen, dennoch fehlen noch diverse Details (Austausch diverser Küchenutensilien etc.), die den Aufenthalt schöner gestalten als den wir erlebt haben.
