Nice friendly people in the row of properties on the street, location was good for us as near friends and shops/food
Had all things needed for cooking with micro and oven/grill & Washing machine.
Communication with HE la Florida people was very easy and they were very attentive.
Access to a shared pool.
When the sun does come around to the front it is lovely on the lower terrace.
We got a good price for our 2 week stay.
Property is a little dated, could do with some updating, it's quite a dark property not huge amounts of light. Also it does not get any sun at all until lunch time (except on the roof), unfortunately when we stayed we had a lot of poor/cold weather the chairs/sofa are not so comfy if spending time sitting inside.
There is a shared pool but there was no water in it, I guess it was too early in the season?
