I liked everything but it would be perfect if location was closer to sunset beach but besides that everything was excellent

The rooms were truly beautiful, very clean, and cleaned thoroughly every day. We felt very comfortable in our accommodation.
I would especially like to highlight one positive experience: since I follow a vegan diet and the breakfast options for me were initially quite limited, I asked whether it would be possible to have some oatmeal or something similar. The very next day, they prepared fresh porridge for me and even added it to the breakfast buffet. I really appreciated that gesture – it felt thoughtful and accommodating.
Unfortunately, most of the staff members were very unfriendly and often seemed annoyed. In particular, one lady who usually brought out the breakfast (often wearing what looked like pajama pants) consistently appeared to be in a very bad mood. Whenever we asked her something, she reacted in an irritated way and would mostly answer with a short “yes” or “no.” Communication was quite difficult, also because her English was very limited. Overall, many employees gave us a strange and unwelcoming feeling, and there was very little sense of hospitality.
What disappointed us the most was the situation on our departure day. A few days before leaving, we had asked if we could receive a breakfast to go, as we were scheduled to leave for the speedboat at 6:30 a.m. and breakfast was included in the price. We were told that something would be arranged.
On the day of departure, all other guests received a breakfast package – except for us. When we asked about it, we were told that only tuna sandwiches were available and it had been assumed that both my mother and I were vegan (even though only I am). As a result, my mother did not receive any breakfast at all. I also did not receive anything, although it would not have been difficult to prepare a simple vegetable sandwich as an alternative.
We found this very disappointing and not in line with the level of service we expected.
