Last floor apartment with a breathtaking view balcony

I liked the location, amazing large balcony, superb bathroom, nice bedroom, quick communication with the host who lives next door. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi internet. I felt welcome, was greeted by the host and treated with some pizza and cake. Well stacked apartment with lots of spare linens, towels, etc. The host tried to make my stay a very nice one however they missed on a few things

AC was not working, no parking on premises despite what was advertised, no table to eat or work on. Only a small coffee table was provided but it had a loose glass surface so it was not useable at all. Upon arrival I saw a cockroach running on the floor, however that was the only one I noticed during my stay there

Absolutely outstanding room with excellent bathroom and facilities for meal preparation, with an outstanding view of region from a large balcony well suited for relaxation and sitting. The owners are close by and their kind, warm and gracious welcome adds so much to the quality of the stay. They take a personal interest in making sure guests have an outstanding experience. The owner brought me food when I was unable to go to the store myself! Very genuinely nice people! The location is well suited for all necessary activities or just relaxing, Very close to shopping and restaurants with easy and quick access to Tel Aviv and other parts of the country. I would return to this location again!
