מיקום מעולה, חניה סמוכה (לרוב בחינם), סביבה שקטה, פרטיות, ניקיון ללא דופי, ללא ריח של עישון בכלל, יש ממ"ד פרטי!!, מתקנים ואמצעים שלא העלנו בדעתנו, כמו כספת, מגהץ רגיל, מגהץ בעמידה! כמובן מכונת קפה, פן, פינוקים, מזגן מצויין ומארחים מקסימים, קשובים וזמינים. והכי חשוב - מקבלים בברכה כלבים!!
