Strategic location, 1 minutes walk to KRL sudirman, 3 minutes to BNI city station, 5 minutes walk to agora mall, and surroundings by many variable foods and coffee Clean room, friendly staffs, good breakfast and delicius nasi goreng from room service

One thing that bothering our stay : the smell is pretty noticeable We often smells some odors of food or cooking from kitchen (?) in our room and it's quite annoying One more things from afterstay : I left my facewash at my room, than a called hotel to check it, the staff told me to call back for informed me, but they haven't done it

Nice cozy room, room size is huge, confortable pillow and bed. 10-15mins walk to Grand Indonesia

1. Its location which I think is Jakarta's most connected transit points i.e. airport trains, intercity trains, MRT, LRT, BRT and Gojek. Cafes, restaurants and convenience stores are hence everywhere. 2. Comfy beds and pillows. 3. Good bathroom shower. 4. Good breakfast buffet spread and tasty. 5. Courteous staff every where.

1. Checking in was fast but getting access key to our units feels like forever. 2. Apparently rooms booked are not of equal size and although all were priced the same. I think the building's too much focus on aesthetic compromises the room space. 3. The hotel is housed in a commercial and office building with shared lifts. Waiting for lift on workdays was challenging. 4. Room 1029 had nasty toilet leaking episodes. Repaired not once but thrice but the leaks kept coming back. Looking at the severity of the problem, the hotel should've voluntary offered replacement room at the onset of the complaint, but it didn't happen.
