The renovations and amenities were wonderful. The house is super cute and we felt really safe with all the lock features. We loved the full kitchen and spacious living area and rooms.
The price is unbeatable for longer stays.
Very hot water that lasts a long time, plus the owner stocks shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
Stocked for everything you need to run the dishwasher and do laundry.
The 2 twin beds were super comfy, we ended up sleeping with our child in that room.
The pictures of the inside were accurate and the house was as expected.
The lawn was very overgrown, we couldn't use the back yard due to the overgrown weeds and bugs.
The A/C thermostat was locked so we could only adjust the temperature so much.
It took 2 days to get the wifi password, but we did eventually get it.
The master shower had to be unclogged on day 1 because it didn't drain, but it was fine afterwards.
The master bed was not the most comfortable, kind of hard and springy.
Big water roaches would come in the cracks of the two back doors. They are easy to remove but if bugs bother you, don't stay in the rainy season.
The outside trash was mostly full when we arrived.
A curtain rod in one room and the towel holder in the master bath were broken.
The master bedroom door was hard to close.
Glass on the fire pit was missing.

It was spacious and clean.
The grill wasn't up to par. The past guests left old food on it. So it wasn't usable, unfortunately.
