This was a nice place with plenty of space for my family. The house was clean and well organized.

I reached out to management for an earlier check in time but never got a response which I thought was a little unprofessional. The laundry detergent provided was in an unlabeled shampoo type bottle with hand written markings that were worn away, unreadable and the detergent was very thick. I understand that it was a complementary product but this is a safety concern since many people have health concerns and allergies to specific products and ingredients which could potentially cause a problem. The dish soap provided was seemingly the same substance as the provided laundry detergent and it did not make soap. Additionally the hand soaps in the bathroom were not consistent with what was listed on the labels. I did purchase my own laundry detergent, dish soap and hand soap for my family to keep everyone safe but I feel that I should mention these things that will hopefully be considered and corrected and help prevent any issues in the future. There were times when loud music could be heard from neighboring homes during night time hours. Understanding that it’s summer time, very hot and measures are taken to reduce the risk of damaging the ac unit, I also didn’t like that the air conditioning temperature would switch to 81 degrees in the middle of the night. We would wake up sweaty and congested and have to adjust the temperature to be comfortable. Traveling with my family, including toddlers and elderly parents, I booked a rental property so that we could comfortable. Never expected that we would be inconvenienced by having to get out of bed in the middle of the night to adjust the air so we don’t get sick. 81 at night is still hot.
