Very spacious. We were surprised that it was a whole floor to ourselves.
Very clean. Plus they left great instructions on how to clean-up for check-out.
Glad that the property managers were willing to lower the A/C before we got there.
Had free Wi-Fi and many open outlets.
No hot water. Which ended up ok since we were outside for an event from dawn til midnight. So we really needed cold water showers.
Took awhile for us to find the towels. They were in a random drawer in one of the bedrooms.
We got startlted waiting for an Uber when we heard gunfire around the block corner.

Very clean and conveniently located near public transport (if J14 is your bus). The owners were great communicators and very helpful.
The only minor issue was the creaky parquet flooring.

The unit was big
There was a $300 deposit sent by Zelle that was never returned and over $100 in taxes that didn’t make sense. Over $1000 was paid for a 2 day stay not worth the money . The unit was on 78th st in the middle of the hood.
