location was great. spacious area, was good for our group. Parking was easy and safe neighborhood.
mandatory deposit before unlocking door code should have been mentioned at time of booking. Not sure the renters before us swept as the floors had dust and some dirt especially in bedrooms. Rooms are very bare, literally just the beds. Better curtains to block the light.

We actually stayed at 7825 S Creigor, which is another unit due to not having Zelle for the deposit but Mrs Kelly was extremely helpful with all of this. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable, inviting and roomy. Extremely nice place. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The concierge Mrs Kelly communicates very well and is always ready to help out with anything you need. This place is only about 15 minutes from the main part of Chicago depending on traffic. If you stay here, I highly recommend trying out BaBa’s restaurant, the one by red rooster. Their Philly steak is DELICIOUS! The AC is set to 74 but it’s pretty comfortable with the ceiling fans on. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we will definitely book again with them the next time we’re in the Chicago area.
The floor creaks every time you walk and you can hear the neighbors walking and moving about as well. But being an older property, it comes with the territory. Not a deal breaker at all though since we were out the majority of each day.
