The thoughtful ammenities was a nice touch, very clean , location very good
Hassle getting the key, the lock was not easy to open even though the code was in correctly. The emergency key was also not where it was stated to be, which was a hassle as we didn’t always want to go back at the same time

Down stairs toilet didn’t work properly, many others to choose from but inconvenient for young children as they’re upstairs. the main living area doesn’t have a proper AC unit so by late afternoon it was a little hot box. But each room having its own ac was fabulous of a night.

Fantastic location! A rare find to have 3.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
While there was air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, there was no air conditioning or cooling on the lower level (lounge/kitchen/dining), and the breeze just didn’t seem to come in the windows. It was stifling! The building foyer and lifts were also not air conditioned, and had an awful smell. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from previous guests. There was no lift from the carpark to the room - we had to return to street level with our luggage which was odd.
