Clean and tidy, great location, reasonably priced, easy to find.
My car was too big for the garage but I do have a big car. Don't sit on the end of the beds too fast the slats slide around and you will fall through. Its over 3 levels so make sure you dont forget something at the top level when your leaving its lots of stairs to the top and back to retrieve things.

The place was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to most places we planned to visit. Close to many great restaurants. Plenty of room for all of us (6 adults and 1 child).

it’s location and the fact that it could accommodate 10 people
on the floor between the living room and the dining area the joint was a trip hazard. The fan in the living room did not appear to work or we could not get it to work.
