非常滿意的住宿。位置離火車站很近，交通方便，但晚上周邊燈光較暗，有時候也會會有遊民。房間位於建築物1樓，但仍然有大約10階的樓梯。格局是兩間雅房一間衛浴，還有廚房跟用餐區。採光良好、裝潢很新。房東待人親切且回覆訊息快速。提供完整的廚房廚具，其他家電例如吹風機、掛燙機也都有。
廁所熱水剛開的時候會突然變冰一陣子，習慣之後並不影響使用。提供的洗髮精洗完較乾澀，如果會在意的人可能要自備洗髮精。因為只有提供一副鑰匙，如果大家的行程不一樣，進出會稍微有點麻煩。

Great location to Termini rail station, very nice apartment, friendly host, clean, airconditioning
The only very minor negative - as the bedroom windows open to a very busy and loud street on ground floor, the shutters and windows are better to be kept shut, which makes the place s bit dark

The owner was amazing. He waited up for us until after midnight to greet us on arrival and provide us with our keys. The residence was clean and located in a wonderful area. We were very happy with the services provided and would definitely stay there again!
