The views from the lounge and especially the mezzanine level were lovely. Very close to centre of St Mawes (about 2 minute walk down a hill or steps to the harbour).

Almost impossible to unload luggage at property as the road isn't wide enough for any vehicle so easier to park in main car park and walk from there (about 5 mins walk away)
