Донякъде добре за съотношението на цена-качество. Хотелът се намира до оживен булевард, което прави достъпът лесен, но шумът е неизбежен.
Може да се обърне внимание на чистотата в общите части на хотела. Отношението на персонала може да е по-добро, така че гостът да се почувства наистина гост.

We enjoyed it, everything is new inside,the staff very friendly and going over the mile to make out stay perfect.Coffee, tea ,water are complementary , a lot of parking places in front and on the side of the hotel, check-in and check-out process very fast . Great experience and great customer service , highly recommended from our side

Overall everything was OK just the service doesn't meet the 4 stars hotel. Staff was polite.
The expectation from 4 stars hotel doesn't meet the reality. Sugar, tea and coffee in the room were wet and sticky. The signaling "Do not disturb" doesn't mean to knock on the door until someone opens it. Calling on the room's phone in 5:20 a.m. without ordering wake up is not pleasant too. The sanitary stuff in the bathroom was also wet. Breakfast is acceptable but not as expected for this place.
