    Positive aspects of Dem Hotel include a friendly staff and a reasonably good location as it’s close to the city centre. I should mention that I can’t complain about the staff as they did their best to help and were very polite. However, the drawbacks may highly outweigh the positive aspects. The following is a summary: 1. We booked three rooms. Two rooms had leakage and the leakage in one of them flooded the room. 2. Cleaning, especially the bathroom, was not great. 3. We experienced mistakes in refilling shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom (refilled with hand wash liquid!), and forgetting to refill in one case. 4. Breakfast was limited but even for that, I had to ask them to bring the items that were supposed to be served. 5. We experienced internet issues on third and fourth floors. Hence, it is not great for work purposes or video calls due to breakups. 6. The shower on the third floor didn’t have sufficient pressure.
