A charming house in a quiet and lovely location.

A beautiful property in a lovely location. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The check in was easy as June messaged me with the instructions on the morning of our arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy. Myself and two of my friends had a bedroom each, with the beds all being very comfy with a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you June 😊

After a long 7 hour journey and late arrival. It was so welcoming, warm and comfortable.

Travelled here to attend a family funeral. Great location, lovely village. Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Although didn’t make use of garden this was lovely as well and had furniture. Plenty of space inside and outside of property. Two parking spaces at property. Wi-Fi available, books, games, hairdryer. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Excellent communication from making the booking and right up until arrival. Manual with lots of useful information in property. Nice wee extras such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk sachets, a coffee machine, and pods. Ice tray with ice already made up for arrival. This property had everything you need when away. It was like home away from home. Wish our stay was for longer, Thanks June

My only two negatives would be the towels. Bigger bath towels would be better. And possibly a mirror in bedrooms for doing hair make up etc. But this certainly didn’t impact our stay.

Excellent base for nearby wedding venue

Comfortable and stylish house on a new development in the village. Very well equipped. We were there for a wedding at the nearby Tythe Barn venue (20 minutes walk) and it was an excellent base. The hostess was very responsive to a request we made. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy. Local pub and shop close by. Thanks for our stay June 😃

Lovely modern rental

The place is great. Very clean. Getting the key was easy. Backyard is really nice with good sitting areas and completely fenced in securely, if you have dogs and that's a need. Kitchen was big and had lots of amenities. Bonus that there were 3 bathrooms - 2 full and 1 half. I was pleased and would recommend.

Finding the place in the complex was a bit tough. Could have used better instructions. We needed to be in Oxford for research and it was a bit further from everything than we'd have liked. It was a good 35 minute drive. The train was faster, but it took 10 min to drive there and only ran about every half hour. You would definitely need a car to stay here, or plan lots of travel time.

Biecester Shopping pitstop

The house was 2 storey and have 3 bedrooms; located in a new neighbourhood. Price is quite competitive for accomodation near Biecester Village. Unfortunately this is only our pitstop en route to London. Shopping in Biecester Village could only took few hours but we decided to stay overnight for ease of convenient. House was pack with food which remind me of freezing Finland in peak winter (all the houses we rented were packed with food). The landlord was generous. Washing available but no dryer. We bring left over rendang, kuah lontong from Derby. The house was cold, heater was not to optimum for us from the tropics. Biecester is 10 mins drive away, closed enough.

The house was lovely and clean, nice and warm, and had everything we needed. There were clear instructions and guidance on how everything worked. Arrival and departure was smooth- just needed key from key safe.

Geweldige locatie.Uitstekend voor bezoek aan Bicester village en andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Parkeerplaats vlak voor de deur. Zeer rustige en aangename buurt. Huis was uitermate proper. Zeer comfortabele bedden.
