Great location
Linen was of very poor quality. Towels were grey and stiff. No duvets on beds but duvet inners only in cupboard. Overall cleanliness was very average. There was miss matched crockery and glasses. On day of arrival phoned the contact number 6 times but no answer - finally got thru and the reason we were being ignored was they required a 500 euro bond - as we had been travelling we missed the email. Once we paid the bond the reception person turned up.

Both the apartment and the location were fantastic with easy access to the Antibes old town and nearby beaches.
There were some very strict house rules with large fines for non-compliance which didn't feel overly hospitable. For example stripping the beds, not emptying the dishwasher or not taking out the bins. We weren't charged so it could be that these are more of a deterrent, but they added more anxiety to the stay than you would get in a hotel.

Die Wohnung war super, neu, schön eingerichtet, mit yspulmaschine, Waschmaschine, Nespresdo-Maschine. Betten sehr bequem.
Die bieden Pubs und die Club-Lounge, die direkt unter bzw. neben der Wohnung liegen und einen enormen Lärmpegel erzeugen.
