    We had a really good stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. I actually think we may have been given a better room than the one we originally booked. The air conditioning also worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, especially for travellers visiting the Ellora and Ajanta Caves. There is a public bus stop right next to the hotel, making it very easy and inexpensive to get around. Another lovely surprise was the breakfast. I had booked a room without breakfast included, but the hotel staff called us and invited us to have breakfast anyway. We had not paid for it, so this was a very pleasant gesture. The breakfast itself was delicious, and we really appreciated the hospitality. Unfortunately, there was one downside to our stay. The hotel also had a tour agent who was extremely pushy about selling us taxi services and organised trips to the Ellora and Ajanta Caves. He approached us several times a day whenever he saw us and repeatedly tried to convince us to use his services. In reality, there is absolutely no need to hire a taxi or book an expensive tour to visit these attractions. Public transport is very convenient, comfortable, and incredibly affordable. For example, you can take a public bus from the stop right next to the hotel to Ellora Caves for just ₹40. Alternatively, you can walk to the bus station in about 10 minutes and take a regular local bus to Ajanta Caves for around ₹200. The public buses were comfortable, reliable, and excellent value for money, so we found them more than sufficient for our needs. This made the tour agent’s constant attempts to sell us taxi services particularly frustrating, as we had already decided that public transport was the best option for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its comfortable rooms, excellent location, friendly hospitality, and delicious breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the pressure from the tour agent to purchase additional services. Guests should be allowed to enjoy their stay and choose how they want to travel without being repeatedly approached with sales pitches.
