    We stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful experience. Staff is polite. Good and clean facilities provided.

    Very comfortable, clean room with a lovely balcony. Staff very helpful arranging transport and laundry etc. Restaurant was good, waiting staff very friendly. Breakfast a little disappointing and surprising to be charged for an omelette, first time for that.

    Till date, my overall experience at Panchavati was 10/10. But during my latest booking, I had a very disappointing experience. I first called on the Panchavati contact number to check room availability. They said the hotel was fully booked. However, when my company checked on Agoda, two rooms were available, so we booked online. After booking, I called again for confirmation. At that time, they asked for early morning check-in charges. I agreed and paid ₹500, but they refused to give me a receipt for the extra amount. During checkout, the staff behaviour was extremely rude, as if they didn’t care because they have many customers. Overall, this was a very bad experience compared to my previous stays. Attached extra paid 500rs glay reciept Plz take against this otherwise we can’t book hotels from this side
