Staff are friendly
Payment coordination between Booking.com and the property was confusing. When I arrived, I had to pay at the property because Booking.com had not charged my card. I also couldn’t cancel because the booking would be automatically charged according to the payment policy. The WePay/Alipay options added to the confusion, as I expected the payment to be deducted automatically from my linked card through Booking.com.
