Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pernottamento e prima colazione self- service abbondante, con scelta anche per me che non mangio carne. Navetta gratuita per l'aereoporto e per Disneyland. Lavatrice e detersivo a disposizione inclusi, utilissimi dato che con il caldo estremo è necessario lavare i vestiti tutti i giorni. Il personale è gentilissimo, sia alla reception sia al ristorante. Una volta abbiamo sbagliato la fermata al rientro della navetta da Disneyland e sono venuti a prenderci dall'hotel vicino. La stazione della metropolitana di Chuansha è quella più vicina, da raggiungere con il taxi Didi. Da lì ci si può muovere in metro. Assolutamente consigliato se volete risparmiare ma avere tutti i servizi essenziali.

A causa del clima molto caldo e umido c'è della muffa in bagno e sulla tenda che copre il vetro del bagno, ma dato che il prezzo dell'hotel è molto basso è normale che non sia tutto perfetto.

Adoramos o atendimento do hotel, a limpeza impecável, a cama macia e roupas de cama de puro algodão, ou seja, muito confortável e amplo, com cama de casal nos dois níveis, um quarto em cima, decorado com tema infantil e outra no piso de acesso ao apartamento. Em nosso quarto também havia uma banheira nova para poder relaxar depois de um dia intenso de passeio. A propósito, o hotel também tinha transporte do aeroporto e para a Disney. Ao lado do hotel também tem um restaurante que nos ajudou muito, pois, além de nos ajudar com muita paciência, é com os pratos disponíveis, a comida era muito boa e o ambiente familiar. Nos sentimos em paz e num ambiente familiar. Eles nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos e a não havia barreira linguística para impedir nossa comunicação. Certamente, um dia retornaremos para rever aquelas pessoas maravilhosas.

The room is spacious, and the price is very reasonable for the size. Overall, it offers good value for money. However, the room could benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially when it comes to dusting.

One thing I didn't like was the payment process. When I booked through Booking.com and linked my payment card, the reservation indicated that payment would be handled by the property and that a prepayment would be charged before arrival. However, when we arrived, we were still asked to pay at the front desk.As international travelers in China, we experienced difficulties topping up WeChat Pay and linking Alipay, which made the payment process stressful and inconvenient. After a long journey, we were already exhausted, so this added unnecessary hassle. It would also be helpful if Booking.com allowed guests to modify or remove their linked payment card after booking, as there was no option to do so. Clearer payment instructions from both the property and Booking.com would greatly improve the guest experience.
