La falta de aire acondicionado es lo único que no lo hace apto para todo el año

En el dormitorio principal se oía un ruido como de ventilador toda la noche.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was excellent. The apartment had a really nice, modern design and was very clean and well equipped. There were beach towels prepared for us, a washing machine and dryer, a toaster, and even house slippers. The apartment also has two bathrooms, which was very convenient. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The place was very quiet, with no noise from neighbors at all, and we slept very well. It was peaceful and relaxing. The location was great, and overall we felt very welcome throughout our visit. There is also a parking garage available if you come by car (extra charge of 10 EUR per day). It was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily stay here again.

The only small negatives for us were that the mattress was a bit too soft (this is a personal preference and not a big issue). There was a constant noise from the ceiling ventilation or a similar system. However, it was not very loud and was acceptable. One thing that felt a bit strange, was that there were video cameras inside the apartment. They were covered, but we are not used to having cameras inside an apartment, so this felt unusual.
