There is no air conditioning, which wasn’t mentioned in the description, and this can make the room quite uncomfortable, especially when it’s warm. The neighbours were also very loud. Since the rooms seem to be rented out separately, you never know who will be staying next door. Unfortunately, we were quite unlucky. A lady next door was smoking cigarettes and smoke would come immediately straight to us and since there is no air conditioning we needed to keep our windows open, and watching TV until 5 AM every night, which made it very difficult to sleep. It wouldn’t bother me, but we stayed 3 weeks. The beds could also be more comfortable, especially in the smaller room, where the bed and opening mattress are very small. Every time you get up, the mattress moves with you because it isn’t secured properly. The walls in the smaller room were also quite dirty, with marks and stains, including what looked like mosquito-squashing marks. Overall, these are things that could be improved to make the stay much more comfortable.

Квартира находится в новом чистом доме, рядом с пляжем, много магазинов и кафе рядом. В квартире хороший ремонт, новая мебель, в кухне достаточно посуды и техники. Рядом вокзал Санта Каталина, удобно перемещаться по острову и с аэропорта, рядом гипермаркет Дино и океанариум

заселение, представитель компании опоздал и даже не предупредил, в маленькой комнате оказалась одна кровать и один матрас на подложке, спать вдвоем невозможно, чтобы встать с кровати, надо подниматьчеловека лежащего на матрасе, в этой комнате не помещаются 2 кровати как заявлено на сайте, постель была с пятнами, мятая не заправлена в маленькой комнате, не хватало полотенец, возник конфликт с представителем по поводу постели, потом ее заменили но было потрачено много времени, плохой сток воды в душевой, так и не прочистили
