Modern studio renewed. All we needed for the weekend was in it.
Not super close from the ski lifts but there is a free shuttle. About 15 minutes walk.

Un pare baignoire ou un rideau serait le bienvenu Un bac sous l’égouttoir en plastique manquant ( pas pratique) Le thermostat du réfrigérateur NE FONCTIONNE PAS Vous montez la température ça gèle Vous baissez ça dégivre et vous trouvez de l’eau partout Il faut attendre le dernier jour pour recevoir un message du propriétaire de laisser le thermostat à moitié ( trop tard) Je n’ai toujours pas trouvé la mention linge de lit et de toilette non fourni dans l’annonce Je l’ai trouvé dans les commentaires 3 tasses et 1 seul mug c’est pas beaucoup Fenêtre mal isolée Les chaises sont bancales, il faut les revisser Un casier à ski est présent mais pas de clé disponible, dommage Autre défaut et non des moindres, le tableau électrique est obsolète et ne répond plus aux normes depuis des dizaines d’années Peut on louer un appartement sans diagnostic ou diagnostic sans travaux ? Étant moi-même électricien j’en ai vu prendre feu pour moins que ça

Finger weg von diesem Vermieter. Das ist abzocke.
Das Haus ist eine Baustelle. Lärm von Borhämmern und Arbeitsgeräusche. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert nicht weil der Briefkasten demontiert wurde. Die Briefkästen und Schlüsselsafe iegen zerstört in einem Kellerraum. Der hinterlegte Schlüssel passte nicht zur Wohnung. Es war ein ca. einstündiges Telefonat mit dem Vermieter erforderlich, bis wir in die Wohnung konnten.
