Great location close to town in a basic apartment

Really great location close to town, has everything you really need

The kitchen is missing a few handy items, shower doesn’t have heaps of hot water, doors on bathroom don’t close properly. No major issues, still good, just a few niggly things

Disappointing stay — no real bed, just a sofa, and extra charges for basics like towels and sheets.

There isn’t even a proper bed—just a sofa. And yet you’re charging €15 for a towel and bed sheets? That’s really surprising—I’ve never seen anything like that before.

Nice, small, clean apartment. Perfectly adequate for one night. The nice host helped us a lot.

The folding bed was not very comfortable, the strong smell from the air freshener was not good for me.

Don't go, save your money and go elsewhere

Kitchen had good facilities

Almost everything. 1. It was so damp in there - all my clothes ended up wet from just being in there 2. It stank of the mentioned damp 3. I asked for the bed to be made as I was coming in from a cycle ride and wanted just to collapse. It wasn't 4. The wifi wouldn't work for a significant amount of time. I was just told it was working this morning and that was all. No other help or anything (in the end I managed to get it to work) 5. There was no warning about the temperature of the hot water - I ended up scalding myself 6. There were about 30 flies in the property when I got in there - rank 7. The flush on the toilet was broken and would stick down 8. There was a bath tub but no plug for it (as far as I could see anyway) 9. The cover on the sofa was stained with god knows what

The apartment was a bit smelly. Although, this must be because the toilet has a leak and should be finde once they fix it.

Logement très bien situé

Logement super bien situé, en centre du village de saint Étienne de Tinee, proche des remontés mécaniques l’hiver et de l’arrêt de bus.

Le logement aurait mérité un ménage un peu plus soigné à mon goût.

Horrible séjour

Pas grand choses ,le carrelage de la salle de bain .il manque beaucoup de couvert 1 seule cuillère.

Très sale ,et rien d'un nid douillet banquette se déplie sur elle même dur comme si vous dormez par terre j'ai eu le propriétaire qui pour le coup au très réactif il me dit qu'il y a un sur matelas mais en réalité c'est un couette ratatiné par le temps .et pas de micro ondes dommage .il est surtout pas sécurisant on donne sur la route et ont est a la vue de tous Monsieur jeté vos vielles fleurs en tissu plein de poussière et investissez dans un vrai équipe de ménage 😬
