Silo Guest House by Simple Life Rentals

The location was great. Right outside the entrance of Peninsula State Park. 10 minute walk to the heart of Fish Creek. Back yard was nice with the fire pit. Privacy was nice.

Decor looked like it was purchased at a thrift store and Walmart. Felt very hodge-podge. The top floor was swarming with flies. There was no fly swatter either. Had to buy one at the store. We stayed 3 nights and by the time we left I must have killed at least 30/40 flies. My guess is they're getting in thru the air conditioner. Also felt they could provide a bigger TV. There were no cups in the bathrooms, so unless you're brushing your teeth in the kitchen, you need to use your hand to cup some water to rinse your mouth. We also had a bathroom hand towel that was heavily stained by someone's makeup. For nearly $400 per night to stay here, we feel it was extremely over priced. Everything felt very cheap and very outdated.
