There was a mix up with check out time. The cleaning lady barged in and was rather rude. Mix up was my fault but good customer service goes a long way. The manager I spoke with afterwards was wonderful.

Modern simplicity

The property and furniture was well kept. Loved the simplicity in the decor

The entire property had a bad odor upon entry from sitting water in a clogged sink and a broken dish washer filled with days old dirty dishes. Maintenance was sent but they just drained the sink and not fix the problem so of course the water returned. It was gnats everywhere because of it and it made my stay unenjoyable.

Price was reasonable, location ok

The inside of the place was very nice.

There was dirty dishes left in the sink. A huge garbage bag was left on the back porch, it was full and we had to throw it away because flies were everywhere. The grass needed to be mowed and we had to walk around it. The back door was opened when we arrived. The location was ok.

Completely disappointed.

The digital lock and property access was fine.

The cleanliness and property status is very unacceptable. The soft surfaces-- couches, bedding and comforters had white stains on them. One of the beds had human hairs on the fitted sheet. There was not an upper sheet on any of the beds. The comforters were stained and dirty. The property was inundated with the smell of Marijuana and the exterior windows were open. In the middle of the night (very early morning hours) the smell of Marijuana again flooded the property and noise was very loud via the common wall. This property was completely unsatisfactory and I highly doubt I will ever pursue a future rental.

Overall, a very good experience. Only issue was the dishwasher and the unclean dishes.

Recently remodeled comfortable environment

Stairs are a bit challenging for us as seniors Apparently the cleaning crew did not do good job with dishes and dishwasher was not working. More shelf space on bathroom would be nice.
