Koh Chang Luxury Pool Villas Premium

I liked the villa, it's big, lots of space, nice open plan and big rooms. The outdoor space is amazing with upper decking and balconies on each bedroom. Great big TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms Mod was very easy and responsive We hired bikes from them, good bikes and good price Location is good, Big C at the top of the road. White Sands to the left, Kai Bae to the right. Lovely family run restaurant at the end of the road (to the left out of the villa)

I think the villa hasn't been maintained as much as it should be for the price we paid. I can imagine it was fabulous when first done but sadly it hasn't been kept well and there are things need to done All the grouting in the bathrooms, around the sinks, are stained from not being cleaned well enough (I bought some bathroom cleaner to do it myself) The pool needs some maintenance. Where there used to be hand rail, there is a rusty on one of the steps which would cut your foot if stood on, not good for children. The front door handle was hanging off when we arrived, broke while we were there - they did fix this for us It really is a nice place and should be deep cleaned and maintained at the end of each season

It's a Villa!

The AC on the first floor is super loud. Unsleepable loud. There should be extra towels or at least chance to change them. The couch bed is that comfortable. Beach nearby is rocky, so expect to go somewhere else

The most perfect place to stay on Koh Chang! The Koh Chang Luxury Pool Villas are part of a small development owned by three different companies, each offering villas finished to very different standards. Having stayed with all three, I can confidently say that Luxury Pool Villas wins by a mile! The villas are genuinely luxurious and impeccably maintained. When our AC stopped working, Khun Mod had it fixed within minutes — amazing service! It’s the small details that make these villas stand out. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, self-catered stay is provided — even soap and shampoo, which can be surprisingly rare in Thailand. You can tell the owner has stayed here themselves and thought of everything. We used the in-house team a couple of times during our 5-night stay, and even on the days we didn’t request cleaning, they still left fresh water and towels — a lovely touch. The price point is incredible too: where else can you get your own private villa, pool, and poolside bar for under £80 a night? The huge TV kept our kids entertained after long beach days, and the whole experience was just effortless from start to finish. A huge thank you to Khun Mod and her team for making our stay so wonderful. Highly recommended!

2 Soi Dogs were being fed by the villa next door. The dogs were actually very friendly and all part of the experience, but the kids were afraid!

- The villa is spacious, clean, and new. - Modern appliances. - Responsive host. - Reasonable price for a villa on a tourist island.

- The place needs better maintenance. The pool ladder detached and poses a risk. There is noticeable straining and rust in a toilet bowl. The air conditioner was not working but the host was quick to respond and fixed it. - There should be detailed house rules and instructions i.e. how to use electric appliances. - The host asked for a security deposit of 2,000 THB which we were not informed of before.
