Lovely clean spacious caravan all instructions given before start of holiday. Comfy beds. Nice big veranda dvd and dvds in caravan but I did take some of my own. Shower blocks nice and clean if you do not want to use caravan one , but that was refurbished and looked good caravan had a make over and done Lovely. Has pub onside does meals and breakfast small park easy access to beach and 10min walk to hemsby

Location was good clean inside
The van is smaller than I thought, not much room for us to comfortably move around for our family, and was very hot in van

Close to the sand dunes and sea, good for walks with the dogs, nice Dolphin Bar on site food was really good.
I paid an extra £30 for bed linen and towels.
There weren't any tea towels, dish clothes or black sacks. The caravan was smaller than I expected so not very easy to open doors inside at the same time all in the way of each other and the bed gap from the walls was very tight to get in and out of bed.
