About this cottage rental
Beach View Cottage is a stylish two bedroom single storey property, with a one bedroom annexe beside it. Together they can sleep six in three bedrooms, with three bathrooms (two are ensuite). The sea views from the cottage are stunning, and there's a beautiful garden, decking area, and direct access to the dunes below via private steps.
The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and is decorated with a nod to mid century style. At the back of the cottage the living area spans the width of the property, and the dining table in the bay window makes the most of those fabulous sea views. There's a comfortable sofa and chairs, wood burning stove and TV. Keen cooks will love the brand new kitchen at the front of the cottage with a double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There's also a conservatory on the side of the house.
In the main house there are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room, and the other has a standard double size bed. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. The one bedroom annexe is right next to the main house, and has a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, seating area and kitchenette. Patio doors offer breathtaking sea views.
Two dogs are welcome at no additional charge at Beach View. The majority of the garden is enclosed but there is a small area to the right of the decking which doesn't have any fencing. It's a 5-10 minute walk into Hemsby where there are shops, cafes and restaurants as well as amusements. Or if you fancy something quieter it's a 15-20 minute walk to Winterton-on-Sea.
Outside the decking area is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There's free wifi for guests, and as well as the woodburner Beach View has electric heating throughout. There is off road parking for two cars.

Amazing property , everything was perfect and as described. There was lots of room for 6 adults and a dog. The house and annex were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of having herbs and spices available to use. The star of the show was the large garden with its stunning views of the dunes and the sea from the decking area. There were lots of lovely plants that my husband tried to keep alive by watering . There were also shaded areas to sit when the sun got too hot. I have to mention the great price of the property, I had originally been looking in other parts of Norfolk but my daughter found this one which was far cheaper than ones I had found. The beaches were beautiful and we enjoyed a beach walk to beautiful a winterton stopping at the seal cafe for Norfolk shortbread and coffee. Lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby as well. It was a great base to explore the rest of Norfolk from including Wroxham, Sheringham , Cromer, Wells next the sea , Norwich and a boat trip on the Norfolk broads. We went back to our childhoods with crazy golf in Hemsby and arcades in Great Yarmouth. A fabulous holiday

The property was exactly as we remembered and provided us with all that we were looking for and needed. It is in a perfect location, quiet and peaceful, but with such easy access to lots of places. For us all it’s very much home from home and I anticipate we will be looking to visit again next year

Absolutely splendidly peaceful and beautiful corner of Norfolk.Was the perfect place to spend a weekend that marked by late husband's birthday and celebrating my eldest's 18th.Access to the beach is so easy and handy. Could easily hide away for a week without leaving.100% will be back.

Was a lovely property but unfortunately we had trouble with the toilet in the annex. It blocked on the first day and they were unable to get anyone to fix it for the whole weekend. This somewhat spoilt it.There is everything there that you need and a lovely walk into Hemsby.Would recommend this property but they really need to sort the toilets.
