Me ha gustado que la cama sea muy cómoda, es un apartamento entero aunque pequeño, funcional. Se echa de menos un sofá, pero no cabe. El dueño es muy agradable y simpático. Recomendaría ir a desayunar al restaurante del dueño, ya que tiene comida muy rica. Está al lado de una estación de metro (Vittorio Emmnuanele) y a 10 minutos de termini así que es buena opción si te quieres gastar lo menos posible en transporte.
Por poner alguna pega podría decir que las mantas olían un poco mal y tenían polvo, habría que lavarlas. Por otro lado, no entra mucha luz solar al apartamento es un patio de luces. Pero está muy bien.

La ubicación excelente, a 2 minutos de la parada del metro. La cama muy cómoda y todo limpio.
Lo mejor Amir, excelente anfitrión y mejor como persona, nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo de el.

L’appartamento monolocale con bagno e cucina si trova in un’ottima posizione vicino alla stazione di termini. Pulita e confortevole è ideale per piccoli soggiorni. Ottima disponibilità e accoglienza da parte del proprietario. Ma è un incompiuta ci sono secondo il mio parere molte lacune. La cucina abbastanza attrezzata manca però di una tovaglietta o un runner o anche lo scottex.
Le lacune che farebbero fare un salto di qualità a questo appartamento sono sicuramente sistemare tante cose, nel bagno il bidet è staccato dal pavimento, il piatto doccia andrebbe rifinito, ci sono i bordi piastrelle a vista, rubinetti da sistemare. In cucina il rubinetto è spezzato e pende nel lavello, nella finestra c’è un buco d’aerazione senza ventola o sportello, Gli stipiti delle porte sono alcune a vista e mancano alcune placche dalle prese. Nella camera manca una luce lato letto, van bene e divertenti le lucine multicolore ma… insomma tante cose molto facili da sistemare ma che così danno un’aria di trascuratezza, peccato

Great location next to Metro and in walking distance/ 17min walk to the Colloseum. Quiet and safe area. Great WiFi connection. Very clean towels, nice clean sheets and very warm blankets. Handy socket for charger on the headrest of the bed.
Poor cleaning, plenty of dust and a generally odd smell. I am intrigued by the old slippers and medicine foil under the bunk beds and the dishwasher sponge having traces of bathroom cleaning - photos attached....
The carpets on the bathroom floor need a wash. There is no toaletry provided, bring your own showergel!
Some lighting switches need to be safe-proofed as they show wires. The fridge needs a thorough cleaning, the ice is at least 4-5 tennants old with old pieces of emballage stuck in it.
The host did not promptly respond to the check-out request, we were stressed of leaving the keys unattended as we had a tight schedule and hat to leave the location at 9:30 AM. Luckily the cleaning lady came at 11:00.... this can be easily solved with a check-in/out box. The appartement needs more lighting, a lamp by the bead side, at least one big mirror in the hallway, something to hang coats on at the entrance and... perhaps a remote control for the AC !? The led lighting under the bed is not a feature I would highlight...
