La casa è accogliente, pulita, in un quartiere residenziale, lontana dal rumore della strada, su cui si può parcheggiare.
Purtroppo le uniche due piccole finestre si affacciano sull'atrio del condominio, per cui si sentono i rumori del portone ogni volta che si chiude, ma soprattutto non si vede mai il cielo. Il bagno è cieco e poco arieggiato. L'ambiente in generale è un po' buio

The hostess, Manuela was great with communication. Gave clear instructions on entry and expectations of guests. I booked this room for friends visiting and it was close to our home, so good location for them. There are bus stops and a nearby tram that are useful for transport to the center of town.
It could be noisy in the evening as on a busy street. The bathroom ceiling is very low for someone who is taller than average height. Unfortunately the taxes for stays in Torino have become quite high. This obviously is not Manuela’s fault or problem, but for a room cost of €152, the taxes were 10% at €15.20 for 2 guests for 2 nights. Our area is not even within walking distance to the main sites in centro Torino.

. - posizione comoda, abbastanza vicino al centro e con tanti parcheggi nelle vicinanze - dimensione OK - arredamento e forniture
. - TROPPO rumore, dormi praticamente nell'androne delle scale a mezzo metro dal portone che sbatte ogni 5min - NO aperture verso esterno - pulizia migliorabile, specie per le stoviglie
