A brand new Beach Villa in a gated community that looks a bit like Disney Village, situated on an island in a gigantic lagoon. Beach on one side of the house and a private pool on the other side. Very spaceous with all the amenities needed. and more. The neighbourhood offers unlimited areas for exercise and recreation along the canals. Restaurants, coffee places, and shopping nearby.
