They worked with us as some of the arriving party was coming in early, as well not on the flight that came in later for the actual person who'd rented it.
Hosts clearly knew of multiple problems prior to arrival. 2 ACs out (40% of the rooms where people would sleep), 1 of which they attempted just the day prior to fix, clearly documented there was another problem w/the other. Informed of the 1st one attempted to be fixed, wasn't working as well the 2nd on day 1 and NEVER fixed. They were also aware of an electrical short in the refrigerator (semi-worked part of day 1). Lost a lot of food, never fixed and in all circumstances < 1/2 way into the stay, just quit communicating.
