About this villa rental
This villa apartment is located in a privileged position as it enjoys magnificent views of Mellieha Bay, Gozo and Comino.
Having just one villa apartment this property has the exclusive use of the pool.
On entering in, one finds the welcoming sitting room with the combined fully equipped kitchen, a large and a smaller twin bedrooms and offcourse the main bedroom with the double bed.
One full bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washhand basin and W/C
On the outside, one also finds the shaded terrace with garden furniture, where one can enjoy the view while enjoying meals and snacks alfresco.
On the lower level there is the pool with sunloungers, parasols and the BBQ
While this property is located in a tranquil position it is at the same time within convenient reach to the centre of the village where one can find the shops, bus stop,bars and restaurants.
Aircondition makes this property a comfortable stay during the hot summer days and the more cooler months of the winter.The consumption for the aircondition is to be paid as per use by a coin sub meter.

The villa is in a fantastic position, and the view is amazing. The area is hilly and there are 99 steps back up from the square with some of the restaurants. Not ideal for the less mobile of people. We hired a car but the road is full of cars and the owner has constant access to the drive and garage alongside the front door. I had to park quite a way down the street, not ideal when you hire what is meant to be a private villa. Not as private an area as I would have expected or wanted.The villa is fine and the pool area is perfect, the disconnect between the villa and pool can be a little annoying when you have to lock the door when you utilise the outside areas.Overall, it is a lovely villa and a fantastic location, but the negatives mean we would not return, mainly due to the owners use of the garage at anytime day or night.

Lovely villa , very clean had everything we needed. Excellent location.
Only downside was the pool is a little cool as it doesn’t get full sun until later afternoon and the villa is a little dark.

Fantastic holiday home, pool was great, location was great, home owner was great. if I were to be super critical I think certain appliances i.e cooker, tv and shower could be more modern. I ould also advise the home owner to provide a guide to te house i.e how to work AC and the TV, nearest shops/bars/beach etc, useful tips and contacts, things like that

Place clean and basic however pool is in the shade most of the morning. There was a lot of construction work going which started at 7:30 went on through the day. Layout was strange but made the the most of our stay
