The apartment was great, everything was in perfect!

The check in process was disastrous. After reserving at 11:55am for a same day entry, I received no news from the owner until I contacted them to get the information for the check in at 15:00. I was then told the check in would not be before 18:00, three hours after the usual check in time, because the concierge couldn’t squeeze me in before. Despite my best efforts, including offering to go pick up the keys with the concierge no matter his location, no solution was offered and the check in time was moved to 18:30. In the end I was not in the apartment before 18:45, almost four hours after one’s supposed to enter. No compensation was offered.

Moderne, offene und helle Wohnung. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und bequemes Bett. Man kann zu Fuß einfach viele schöne Orte erreichen

Die Wärme staut sich n der Wohnung auch bei offenem Fenster und Ventilator. Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders gut isoliert

Nothing, gave me everything I needed

The red tape was a bit irritating- paperwork that needed to be completed. If it could be digitised, it would help. The coffee machine was a bit complex and the concierge who checked us didnt know how it worked either and there were no instant coffee. For a coffee-person like me that was unfortunate.
