Modern and clean
Had everything everyone needed
It felt like everything in the apartment was newly purchased and in perfect condition (including appliances, pots and pans, silverware, microwave, etc)
Location was 6-8 min walk to beach
Very secure including free parking
No negatives.
Suggestion only because everyone has different preferences is the 2 single beds were little firm.
