The appartment was good furnished/good bed/good communication with the host and very clean.

The parking was included (via a key card). This was a public underground parking under the appartment building. Location was easy to find, instruction to the location were clear. Quite building, good neigbourhood. In front of the building was a backery, that was open from 05:00hr in the morning.

Cannot say anything wrong with the appartment.

Das Apartment Cozy hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr zentral direkt vor der Tür fahren S-Bahn und Busse weg . Ein Bäcker, Rossmann ,NKD ,Netto ,ein sehr guter Italiener aber auch andere Gastronomie in direkter Nähe👍🥰

Mein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war rundum super, so dass ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Ludwigshafen wieder hier

Dies war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung und ich habe mich wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist das wahnsinnig bequeme Bett und der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz.

Beste, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Bereitsteller der Wohnung. Weiterhin findet man wirklich alles in dieser Wohngegend (Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Döner etc.)

Die Wohnung hat mir extrem gut gefallen und ich werde sie bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Ludwigshafen auf jeden Fall wied

Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet, sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter einwandfrei! Sehr angenehm war auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, so musste ich nie einen Parkplatz suchen!!

An dem Wochenende meines Aufenthalts war leider direkt vor der Tür ein Straßenfest, welches mich mit lauter Musik an 3 Tagen bis weit nach 24 Uhr wach gehalten hat. Aber das liegt ja nicht an der Wohnung oder am Vermieter!!

Alles war super sauber und bis ins Detail durchdacht: von der bequemen Couch über das bequeme Bett bis hin zur komplett

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Auch die Lage des Apartment ist ideal – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat für dafür das sie im Zentrum ist Super Park Möglichkeit ( Tiefgarage) direkt im Haus. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet man fühlt sich wohl, zumindest ich tat das.

Das Kochgeschirr könnte ein kleines Update bekommen, es fehlt zB. ein großer Topf. Der Balkon ist eher ein Fenstersims reicht aber vollkommen aus um sein Feierabend Bierchen zu schlabbern.

Enttäuschend

Der Vermieter war sehr frech und unfreundlich. Die Toilette ist in der Höhe für ein Kleinkind angebracht. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt und ungepflegt. Von einer 5 Sterne Wohnung war alles weit weg. Auch die Küche war sehr beschönigt auf den Fotos. Der Balkon war voller Unkraut und so schmal das man nicht einmal eine Stuhl hinstellen könnte. Wir haben nicht in dieser Wohnung gewohnt sondern direkt eine Ersatz Unterkunft gesucht. Außerdem kontaktiert der Vermieter mich täglich, obwohl ich ih mehrmals daran hingewiesen habe, mich nicht mehr anzurufen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen und schon garnicht zu diesem Preis.
