The flat was extremely clean and well organized. Luxury furnishings, wonderful small roof garden with a jakuzzi. The under floor heating makes the flat cozy and welcoming.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit und haben vor allem den Whirlpool sehr genossen.

Der Whirlpool war toll! Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche und man hatte mehr als genug Platz für 6 Personen! Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Kleinigkeiten wie eine Nachttischlampe und die elektrische Toilette haben nicht funktioniert.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist modern, top gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann – von hochwertigen Elektrogeräten bis hin zu tollem Entertainment. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Whirlpool auf dem Dach – ein echtes Highlight mit einer traumhaften Aussicht, die man am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Alles war super sauber und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr angenehm: nett, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das muss sich der Chef wieder selber ansehen. Die Verantwortung für Qualität ist nicht delegierbar.

Das Apartment ist in sehr guter Innenstadtlage mit sehr gutem Ausblick über die Stadt von den beiden Terrassen. Gegenüber ist eine günstige Parkgarage für 7,50€/Tag. Die elektronische Haupttoilette im Bad bietet viel lustigen Schnick-Schnack. Das Grundkonzept ist gut und die Wohnung grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. In der Zahnarztpraxis unten gibt es eine Objektbetreuerin, die während der Öffnungszeiten der Praxis angesprochen werden kann.

Wenn in den Nachrichten vorab bereits steht: "Um die Qualität zu Verbessern, würden wir uns über eine positive VOLLE Sterne Bewertung Ihrerseits sehr freuen.", bekomme ich schon Sorgen, ob hier wirklich noch jemand etwas verbessern will. Gute bisherige Bewertungen haben aus meiner Sicht das Team schlampig werden lassen und der Chef scheint nicht mehr selber auf die Qualität zu schauen. Die Fehlerliste ist länger, als ich hier schreiben kann: Von zu Beginn fehlendem Ersatz-Klopapier über dreckigen Backofen, Whirlpool mit kleinen Schwebeteilchen im Wasser, was aus meiner Sicht länger nicht gewechselt war, Kühlschranktür nicht in der Führungsschiene, Geschirr unvollständig für 6 Personen, kleine Schäden an Lampen, Tischen, Schuhreiniger. Sprießendes Unkraut auf der Terrasse usw. ... Das Apartment ist gut - die Pflege aktuell nicht und rechtfertigen allerhöchstens gut gemeinte 8 Punkte. Diese gibt es auch nur, weil ich einen Sonderpreis bekommen habe.

Eine wunderbare und voll ausgestattete Wohnung

Tolle Terrasse zum Sonnen und Sterne gucken. Gute Kaffeemaschine. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht- und mehr. Sogar Obst und Bordgetränke waren schon parat gestellt. Sehr engagierter und freundlicher Vermieter.
