Alberto und Team sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Uns hat alles gut gefallen, tolles Anwesen mit Meerblick und Ruhe, Innen und Außen viel Platz zum chillen, Essen, Spielen oder einfach gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen.......;-) Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

There’s plenty of space and the bedrooms were all well decorated and designed. The garden room was perfect for enjoying time together. The roof and jacuzzi were incredible! The views were spectacular

Overall there’s not much I could say I didn’t like. Maybe the kitchen is feeling a little tired but was still everything we needed. The towels could maybe be upgraded but again, I’m still very happy with everything

The property is spacious and the upstairs patio has amazing views.

I would like to start by saying how frustrating the process was to get settled in the property. There was absolutely no communication prior to the stay regarding check in. I was told to give a one hour window which we would be checking in. This was challenging given an international flight, renting a car, and driving for 50 minutes in a foreign country with a family of 5. Our GPS didn’t take us to the correct house and we were 2 minutes past the estimated one hour window I gave Alfredo that we would be checking in. Did he reach out…? Not once. When I tried to call and text, his phone was off. We tried him calling, texting, and through the booking app for 50 minutes. Finally, a saint of a local lady helped us get in touch with him. If not for her, I guess we would have spent the night in the car. He didn’t care and naturally put the blame on me. Next when we check in, the place was HOT, and took a while to cool off once the AC was on. Third, two of the 4 beds had no sheets. He tried to explain that one member of our party was only 2 years old and he didn’t think he needed a bed. Where should we have let him sleep? On the floor? Outside? It was clear the place was not prepared for us to check in. When I pointed this out, he told me I was not being respectful to him. I suppose we just had some cultural differences, but all of the concerns I raised to him, he deflected, took no responsibility, and turned blame around on me. The pool is a hot tub that is filled up with a hose, not heated, and not filtered with the water becoming dirty within a day or two. The living space (living room, dining room, kitchen is completely separated from the sleeping area and you either have to climb a very narrow spiral staircase or go outside to go upstairs. The place is nice enough. The listing agent, not so much. Please do not rent from these people!
