The room was very nicely done - clean, modern, comfortable. We loved the private garden and jacuzzi.

We arrived at 9pm as planned and also communicated - as the reception was closed, it was organized that the maintenance Manager would give us our roomkey. Unfortunately there was some kind of mistake and our room was given to a couple who arrived shortly before us. Not tragic, but we had to wait for over an hour - with a 1 year old and 3 year old exhausted from a long travel day. The maintenance Manager was friendly and his daughter assissted him as she spoke English. She was kind and accommadating but did not work at the property. One of the owners finally moved the other peoples belongings out and said a quick sorry to my husband as she rushed by and did not even look at me. During our whole stay we never received a proper "we are so sorry for the inconvenience" - which was very dissappointing. In general it just felt a bit "cold" , no warm welcome, no information about the masseria or the surroundings.
