Proximity to the village but in a quiet rural area

The property was clean & comfortable and handy for the wedding we were attending.
It was extremely hot when we were there & there was no outside sitting area. The property had patio doors looking out to a lovely garden but there was a sign to say it was a private garden and we could not open the doors. We had to leave the entrance door open to cool down. There was not any chairs in the property that could be taken outside. This was the only thing that let our stay down.

No kitchen sink which wasn’t a huge issue for us but would be if you were staying for longer .

Lovely decor, comfy bed, good range of channels on tv, kitchenette stocked well with utensils/tea/coffee etc, warmed up quickly with heating
Toilet roll dirty with dust from floor and bits/crumbs on sofa. Unclear on description that this conversion is on somebody's drive/garden - wasnt a problem but if they wanted to use their garden/hot tub its right outdide the patio doors of this building
