A modern house, an ideal base for visiting Cottingham and Hull.
An excellent base for visiting Cottingham and Hull. The house is located on a modern estate. We were three friends meeting up for the first time in many many years to have a trip down memory lane to our student days. The house was a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cottingham. The property was clean, tidy and uncluttered and eminently suitable for a short or longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom even had an en suite toilet and shower. There was easy access to the outdoor patio and garden. Opposite the house there were 2 reserved parking spaces. We would be very happy to return to this property.
We had a most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the property. The following are very minor quibbles. It would have been nice to have had wifi, smaller drinking glasses and some kitchen roll.
