Quartier calme, boisé, superbe piscine, un terrain de tennis bien entretenu. À 15/20mn à pied des plages de Calella. Des places de parking sans problème dans la rue. Belle résidence. Nous recommandons !

El apartamento es muy amplio, con mucha luz, todo estaba muy limpio. La propietaria siempre está pendiente cuando tienes alguna duda, te contesta al cabo de un segundo y te ayuda con todo.

La résidence calme , l’appartement spacieux et moderne , deux salles de bain , climatisation.
Pas grand chose ,peut être le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine , casserole , couteau à beurre …

Bel appartement spacieux, propre et très bien équipé (cuisine complète, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver). Grand balcon-terrasse à côté de la cuisine et de la salle à manger pour les repas. 1 chambre avec 1 lit double, 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples, 2 salles d'eau avec WC. Situation au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Espaces verts et piscine (mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisée hors saison). Nombreuses places de parking gratuites dans la rue.
A 15 minutes à pied du centre de Calella de Palafrugell (trottoir en pente). La chambre avec les 2 lits simples a une fenêtre qui donne sur la buanderie avec la machine à laver et non sur l'extérieur. 1 place réservée dans le parking souterrain de la résidence mais l'accès est très étroit (poteaux).
