Charming apartment of 80m² located in a quiet residence of only 6 apartments, 10 minutes' walk from the beaches and the center.
Ideal for 6 people, you will have at your disposal a parental suite (150 bed) with its shower room / wc, 2 bedrooms for 2 people (90 bed) with a shower room / wc, a living room / dining room. dining room equipped with a TV and DVD player, overlooking a large 25m2 terrace where you can enjoy the garden furniture and take your meals, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven ...), a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a private garden of 150m2 which will allow you to isolate yourself in the shade of the umbrella pines and offers a private playground for children. From this garden, you have direct access to the swimming pool of the residence. You also have a private and closed parking (opening by remote control) with elevator to reach your apartment.

This is our second stay at this wonderful apartment. Good communication with the property manager who responded v quickly if we had an questions during our stay. Apartment v clean, beautifully decorated & with a brand new kitchen which had everything we could possibly need. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool, which we often had to ourselves. There are beautiful beaches to explore and restaurants all within walking distance from the property.

Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at this apartment with our family. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the agency were waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival to show us around. The apartment was very clean and much bigger than the photos suggest. Plenty of space for a family of five and very well equipped too. The terrace was especially large with lots of shade options if needed. The grounds of the apartment were very well kept and the pool was fantastic! V quiet neighbourhood and we often had the pool to ourselves. Calella de palafrugell was also very beautiful with lots of spanish restaurants. Great snorkeling too! We absolutely loved our holiday here! Would highly recommend amd we will definitely be returning.

Birds, trees, quietness and charm. Very clean, spacious apartment in perfect condition. The picturesque beach is just in 10 minutes walk. The apartment is ready to have a family that likes cooking, its kitchen is supplied with all that is needed. The pool is available to the quests which is quite a treat!
