Gute Lage. Pool. Genügend gross.

Der Check-in war nervig: die Agentur hat gefühlt jeden Tag eine Mail geschickt mit der Aufforderung, via einen Internet- Link eine Zahlung zu machen (Depot und Touristen Taxe) - für mich ein no-go

Très bel appartement situé dans une belle résidence d'environ 72 appartements avec une très grande piscine et un terrain de tennis communs. Résidence très calme et bien entretenue. A proximité des plages, des commerces et des restaurants.

Il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle ni de climatisation dans l'appartement.

The apartment was light and had a lovely outlook over the pool and central courtyard. We loved the location of the apartment- just a few minutes walk to the beach and coastal walk. There was a Spar supermarket around the corner. Parking was easy on the street but we were there at a quiet time. We enjoyed the pool, central courtyard and tennis courts as it was quite social with lots of children playing together. The apartment itself had everything you need to self cater and the washing machine was a bonus. Key collection was easy from the real estate office and the staff were friendly and helpful. For us at the time this apartment was priced significantly less than similar places so we were very happy with it for the location and good price.

For the price the apartment was great but it’s not a luxurious apartment so need to keep that in mind with expectations of furnishings etc. eg The bathroom / shower could be improved and there was a strange smell from the bathroom pipes at times (there was no window or fan in the bathroom). We were so disappointed that the pool was closed (apparently it opens in June) as it looked so inviting and was sunny! Also need to bring your own tennis racquets etc

Location is excellent and close to the beach, facilities are great with a large pool, tennis courts and well kept gardens. Apartment was well cared for and had most facilities expected. Seems to have been recently painted. Beds were comfortable but pillows could have been better.

We had the downstairs apartment with terrace. Only negative points were: lack of table mats, no heat resistant mats to place hot pans on tables, which made serving food a pain. Arrangements for tennis reservations - you need to make sure the agent gives you the lock for tennis reservations when they hand over the key's. Parking was difficult as although it should be for residents everybody uses it.
