Avoid this place.

This place has two advantages: low price and no bedbugs.

KITCHEN: It reeks of years of grime, and the floor is sticky. The kitchen cabinets are filthy and sticky, with a layer of dust from months past. Dirty dishcloths of unknown purpose hang next to the sink. The refrigerator is also filthy. Old wellies are lying in the kitchen cupboard. BATHROOM: Disgustingly dirty, the shower door is falling off, and the shower itself has very little space. A bare light bulb sits right next to the shower, the only light source in the shower—exposed directly to the water and steam. I didn't receive a towel, although promised to be provided, until halfway through my second day. TOILE: Dirty, with short razor hairs in many places. ROOM: The windows are dirty and haven't been cleaned in months. The floor in the room is filthy; it hadn't even been swept before my arrival. There are marks and dust on the floor. The furniture in the room was dirty and sticky, with old, dried dust in many places. Someone's sandal was lying in the room. OVERALL IMPRESSION: A scandal.

The host of this room was super friendly, kind, and hospitable, and I believe, for the cost you pay, the place is good enough. But before your arrival, you can ask the host to charge the washing liquids in the bathroom and put a clean bedspread for you.

This is very old an apartment. I think they do their best to offer the low price. Do not expect they are star hotel. The

Land lady is pretty nice. She let me check out at 5:00am very early morning. Also, they do not cancel my order at last minutes. I appreciate them.

Je ne recommande pas du tout, c’est vraiment très sale aucune hygiène

Établissement très sales le lit était inconfortable, chambre trop petite, il n’y a même pas la place de stocker ses affaires pour une semaine obligé de tout laisser dans les sacs la salle de bain est trop petite. Juste une douche, la paroi de douche est cassée, pas de chauffage ni de micro-ondes cuisine très sale aucun entretien dans cet appartement.

Emplacement ideal pour avoir paris sans payer le tarif parisien

L'emplacement a 20 minutes du lieu de mon rdv. C'est a 100 m de paris pour un tarif banlieue meme banlieue lointaine. Prix tres abordable vu la localisation. Hyper pratique quand on veut avoir paris sans payer 75€ la nuit. Personnel aimable et ponctuel et très réactive.

C'est pas hyper propre et surtout ma chambre est tres petite , plutot un placard qu'une chambre. L'appart est vieillot.

Rien du tout

Tout était très très sale, impossible de dormir dans cet endroit si on a un minimum de propreté,j’ai du passé le balais car j’ai retrouvé des tas de poussières dans la chambre, la dame était choqué de me voir passer le balais comme si c’était anormal , je ne recommande à PERSONNE cet endroit il ne devrait même plus être possible de dormir dans un endroit pareil. La personne devrait avoir honte de proposer un tel logement même à bas prix c’est inacceptable.

Parfait pour deux nuits proche de la Vilette et de ses hall d'expos

Pour le tarif, il ne faut pas trop en demander mais pour une personne pas trop à cheval sur le logement, c'est parfait... Moi en tout cas j'y reviendrai si l'occasion se représente...

Peut-être un nettoyage de l'ensemble de la partie WC ( tablette du lavabo )
