Great location right in the center! Room was really clean with fresh linen and towels. The owner had great communication skills and arranged with us quickly on how to check in and out. Great little room with ac. Would recommend

Nos encantó la habitación. Todo estaba muy limpio y además súper bien ubicado en la ciudad de Split. La cama es súper cómoda!

Une très belle chambre luxueuse, la 201, avec une literie confortable et une grande salle de bain dotée d’une belle douche. Ana est très prompt à répondre à tous nos besoins avec un large sourire. L’emplacement est top car à deux pas de la vieille ville et à proximité de toutes commodités juste en bas, 2 supermarchés et plusieurs cafés qui servent tous le petit déjeuner tôt le matin. Merci Ana pour votre hospitalité Shine of luxury porte bien son nom. Je recommande cet appartement les yeux fermés.

Geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung, großes Bett, Klimaanlage, gute Fensterisolierung (Fenster strassenseitig - haben gut geschlafen trotz vieler lauter Nachtschwärmer), Wasserkocher, Teegeschirr und kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden; Café, Bäckereien, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, wenige Schritte zum Zentrum /Fußgängerzone, unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang und Kontakt mit Vermieter (Agentur)
keine freien Parkplätze in der Nähe, dafür 2 große Gebührenparkplätze, Parkgebühren noch höher als erwartet: wir haben den angeblich günstigeren Parkplatz (5 min entfernt vom Appartement) gewählt und 99,00 EUR für 2,5 Tage bezahlt (Mai 2026)
