Beautiful Arlington Apartment with Pool & Parking!

The condo was an easy drive to downtown DC. The area around the condo has wonderful restaurants, a grocery store and CVS all within walking distance. The only “negative” we have is the parking garage. It wasn’t easy finding the assigned parking spot after you park in the one hour spot on the second level to unload your bags, etc and then come back down with the parking decal to move the car to the assigned spot on the fourth level. The parking garage situation and all the many steps, door codes to get to the actual condo can be kinda confusing but we would stay again.

Location is great. Very spacious. The bed is very plush, which I loved. Workout room is excellent. Loved having a washer/dryer. Wonderful pool, once I found it.

Very convoluted entry, but well described in preliminary instructions, until I got to the apartment door. I didn’t know how to get the numbers to appear at the door to enter the code. Maybe add that to the instructions. There is NO written information inside the apartment. Easy to find the parking pass and Wi-Fi. No idea where to find the pool, or what to do with the pool pass bracelet colors. Or when the pool is open. I’m an early morning swimmer, but the pool didn’t open until 10:30. Check out instructions were received 5 hours after I had left, so I decided to treat it like a hotel room, not emptying the garbage, or putting towels in the washer. These instructions should be inside the apartment on arrival, not at the end of the stay. There were not enough trash bags provided. No idea where a trash shute would be. The dark floor looked clean, but it was probably only vacuumed. My white socks turned brown. Kitchen dishware and cutlery were minimally useful. Cheap at best. A few more K-cups should be provided upon arrival. Even if there is a market downstairs. AC instructions would have been helpful.

I loved how clean it was. The location was excellent. I liked there was easy accessibility to stores and restaurants. It was quiet. There are just so many things that we enjoyed about staying here. If we had any questions, they were answered very quickly. I liked there was just personal touches and thoughtfulness throughout the apartment.

I wish the bed was just a teensy more comfortable, but that's me. My husband and I are a little older and the handle to get out of the shower was on the side where the toilet is, so made it hard getting in and out. But this doesn't affect my rating at all because these are personal preferences, amd nothing to do woth how amazing this place was.
