Brook by You - Prime Stay - São Paulo - BR

Fantastic WiFi, which was essential for our stay as we had to work from there, WiFi in the common areas and co-working was also great, specifically as there seems to be a generator which was incredibly helpful during a short power outage on the whole block. Great building personnel (door people, cleaning personnel), very friendly! We loved the self-service convenience shop, prices seem fair and small bottles of olive oil or packages of cheese are specifically useful for medium stays like ours ;)

Could have been cleaner (specifically corners, sink, stairs, and cooking utensils) and it would have been helpful if cleaning products were provided to easily maintain a clean state of the apartment. The stairs were unfortunately in desperate need of cleaning and the sleeping area could have benefitted from a real bed, I think hightwise this would be possible as we couldn't fully stand anyway and it would have been much more comfortable. Unfortunately, the drains (specifically of the bathroom sink) were super clogged and dirty. I removed a lot of hair and who knows what on the first day and we could still barely use it. Lastly, a drying rack would be helpful, as it is not allowed to hang laundry anywhere, and not everything can go in the dryer.
