Achei pequeno pra 3 pessoas, o sofá cama ocupava todo espaço pois estava muito perto da mesa que poderia ser um pouco menor, por causa do espaço reduzido

Gostei do apartamento, da localização, perto do metrô, boa vizinhança e principalmente da equipa de segurança.
Durante a minha estadia o sistema de lavagem de roupa/ lavandaria estava com problemas e dificultou a minha gestão de roupas e toalhas limpas.

Da localização, da piscina, da limpeza.
O quarto fica no segundo andar e você não consegue ficar em pé, senão bate a cabeça no teto e ainda tem um ressalto no teto em uma parede, deixando ainda mais complicado de levantar; os degraus que levam até o quarto são cortados, só dá para colocar um pé. Tem que descer meio de lado para não pegar na televisão. Se for beber ou se for obeso, não alugue esse flat. Alto risco de acidentes.
